New Holland Boomer™ 555 Contest Rules & Regulations
1. CONTEST PERIOD: The Boomer 555 Warranty Contest starts on July 1, 2011 and closes on November 30, 2011 at midnight EST. The Contest is sponsored by New Holland Agriculture (the “Sponsor”). The Sponsor is and shall remain solely responsible for the delivery of the Prizes to the winners.
2. ELIGIBILITY: No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win this Contest. This Contest is open to all legal residents in the 50 United States, the District of Columbia and Canada (excluding Quebec) who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. Employees, agents and representatives of the Sponsor and its subsidiaries and affiliates are not eligible to win, nor are the parents, siblings and children of any such employee, agent or representative or any person with whom such employee, agent or representative is domiciled.
3. PRIZES: One winner will be selected from each of the eight (8) Sales Regions. Each winner will receive a 5-year lease, 150-hours per year, on a New Boomer 30 with a 240TLA Loader with the 5-year Boomer Guard5 Limited Warranty. Winner must sign an approved lease agreement and comply with all its terms and conditions including, but not limited to, providing acceptable property and liability insurance and performing maintenance and repairs, all at Winner’s cost. All federal, state, provincial or local taxes and any expenses, fees and costs related to prize acceptance and/or use are the Winner’s exclusive responsibility.” Winner is responsible to pay for any equipment usage over 150 hours per year and for any excessive wear and tear.
4. HOW TO PARTICIPATE: To enter the Contest, submit an essay or video on what you would do with a new New Holland Boomer 30 and loader for five (5) years. You may submit your entry online at www.boomer555.com, via e-mail to boomer555@newholland.com or via U.S. Mail to Boomer555 Contest – MS#208, c/o New Holland Agriculture, PO Box 1895, New Holland, PA 17557. With your entry, you must include your name, street address, telephone number and e-mail address. There may only be one (1) entry per person or business and any entry not received during the Contest period will not qualify. Entries should be as dynamic, creative and elaborative as the Contestant can imagine, as winners will be chosen based on uniqueness and creativity of content. Entries may also be used for future marketing purposes, including publication through a New Holland Agriculture communications channel such as a website, a magazine or YouTube.
5. CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: The entry submission is solely the responsibility of the Contestant. Contestants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of entries. Entries submitted become the sole property of New Holland Agriculture and will not be returned.
6. PRIZE AWARDING: Winners will be announced by January 2, 2012 and will be contacted via U.S. Mail or telephone at the Sponsor’s discretion. Boomer Prizes will be delivered by March 31, 2012. The odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Prizes will be awarded only on verification by New Holland Agriculture that all contest requirements have been met by the winners.
Each Prize must be accepted as awarded and no substitution, transfer, conversion or assignment of Prizes will be allowed, unless at the discretion of the Sponsor which may substitute a Prize of comparable or greater value. No correspondence will be entered into except with selected Contestants at the street address, telephone number or e-mail address listed on the entries. If a selected Contestant cannot be contacted within the allotted time, New Holland Agriculture reserves the right to void that entry and select another eligible Contestant for the Prize. In order to be declared an official winner the selected Contestants will be required to complete, sign and return to New Holland Agriculture an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release Form within 14 days after receipt. If a selected Contestant fails to complete, sign, and return the Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release Form to New Holland Agriculture within 14 days, the Sponsor reserves the right to void that entry and select another eligible Contestant for the Prize. By accepting a Prize, the Contestant gives permission to the Sponsor, or its respective designee, at their option, to publish or otherwise use the Contestant’s submitted essay or video and/or their name, address, photograph, voice and comments, without compensation, for any advertising, trade or promotional purposes carried out by the Sponsor.
7. CONTEST GENERAL RULES: By entering the Contest, Contestants agree to abide by these Contest Rules and Regulations and the decisions of New Holland Agriculture, which are final.

9. TAX INFORMATION: Liability for any applicable taxes imposed by any government, if any, on any Prize won is the sole responsibility of the winner of such Prize.
10. APPLICABLE LAWS: This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, state and county laws. Void where prohibited or restricted by law.
